At Illuminate Online Art Gallery, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Before Shipping:-
- You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details to initiate the cancellation. Once your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
After Shipping:-
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still request a return as per our return policy (see “Returns and Exchanges” section).
2. Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds:
We offer a refund only in the case of defective or damaged products upon arrival or if the product is not as described.
Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Provide proof of the issue images and video of the damaged product along with your order number.
- Once we receive your return request and verify the issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-12 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
Return Shipping:
- The cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products will be covered by us. For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
3. Refund Timeframe
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
